This machine is suitable for commercial nut processing operations.
Comprises two separate units driven by one heavy-duty motor and gearbox. Consistently achieves 65% or higher whole kernels. Choose to run just one unit, or both units simultaneously, depending on the volume of output required. The hopper holds 10kg (nuts in shell) allowing one sack at a time to be loaded, or load via an incline conveyor from a bulk bin.
Can be mounted above your sorting conveyor or water separation bath. Or simply set it up over a large container (see image above).
