Many of our products suit small-to-medium sized nut producers. But we also cater for household users too. And, whatโ€™s more, even those who grow nuts or process nuts, also like to make delicious meals that contain nuts. Or maybe you like to sit by the fire and crack fresh nuts to snack on while you watch TV, or share a glass of port with friends.

During January and February, submit your favourite nut recipes for a chance to win a beautiful base nut cracker.

  1. my favourite recipe – mango macadamia ice-cream
    100g macadamia nuts
    300g frozen mango(homegrown is nicest)
    Put macadamia nuts and frozen mango into blender ( i use a thermomix)
    blend till desired smoothness.(I use a spatula for assistance in the thermomix and blend speed 7-8)
    I had visitors who had primary aged children who loved it and wanted their mum to make it at home as I had them help me make it, and they said how easy it was.

  2. Australia ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ Day Honey Walnuts ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ 250g Australian Walnuts. 3/4 cup Australian Honey. ๐Ÿ 1 tablespoon lemon ๐Ÿ‹ juice. 1 teaspoon soy sauce. Castor sugar. Combine ๐Ÿhoney, lemon ๐Ÿ‹ juice, and soy sauce, add the ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ Walnuts, mix well. Allow to stand two hours, stirring occasionally. Drain walnuts, toss in castor sugar, coating well. Put Walnuts in enough hot oil to just cover, cook until just golden. Remove Walnuts from pan, drain well. These are delicious to serve with drinks ๐Ÿท or after dinner coffee โ˜•๏ธ
